u need only to :

Code:

gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/prenv/skob2.exe/screen_rotation 1
Code:

gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/preenv/skob2.exe/screen_width 800

how did you get the line /skob2.exe/ ??
is there a line to get a list of the games in preenv ??

if u install it from debian file , u should force it to install

or modify it and remove libavcodec52 from dependencies as there is no need to it

Yes I'm using deb version. how do I do to force it to install? (terminal command line?)
And also how to remove libavcodec52 and be able to install the game?

It will look a little awful so you need to decrease the width to 640(or even less),same for the fifa:
Code:

gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/preenv/hawx/screen_width 640
you can now use V-stick.Also you can change weapons by dragging to left or right(Not simply clicking on them). Don't forget to thank the jflatt if you found these posts useful. And also me,if you are willing to.:)
(The hard work is done by the jflatt,so thank him first.)
EDIT:When you are using V-Stick the other weapons may showing that they are zeroed.Don't worry, just switch to them, this is the game's bug.

hey govprog

hawx already working and full screen without any modifications

with the latest libsdlpre.so

so why u try this ? :)

there is no problem with fake multitouch with the new fix :)

i can play all games as hawx , driver , hero of sparta , avatar , real soccer , angry birds seasons ( multitouch to zoom is working ) , assasin's blades of fury , castle of magic , N.O.V.A , asphalt 5 , earth worm jim , super ko boxing , shrek karting , etc :)

Re: Preenv webOS games compatibility list

Preenv 0.1.4 has just been built and should be in the extras-devel repository by now.

Remember to upgrade using apt-get install preenv after apt-get update (and not using apt-get upgrade).

It contains most of jflatt's fixes (thanks!), as well as some stuff that I had around. It does not contain multitouch emulation yet nor any of the gconf-configurable stuff, though.

So far, I guess most of the improvements you've seen come from the compatibility fixes and not because of setting random rotations that make no sense whatsoever (and if they do, it's a bug :D ), specially 1 (which means upside down) and 4 (which literally means "do nothing").

Thus, I hope you enjoy this release and use it to update the Wiki's Game Compatibility list, as it's getting a bit outdated. Let's see how many new "green" games appear!

After knowing which games still present graphical glitches, we can decide which stuff makes sense to configure per-game.

Of course if you need multitouch emulation you'll have to keep jflatt's dll for now. If you upgrade and want to revert to jflatt's, just download his .so file again.

Make a proper report! Attach Preenv version number, the log, a more accurate description of how it looks...
