Thanks mautz,I wipe all data system cache,also verfied the imgae md5 value .So I only flash cm12.1-20160704,but still stuck in bootup,google logo.the same situation with I quoted.

Stupid question: did you flash also the Sailfish OS files?

Maybe you're mixing CM12 with Sailfish based on CM13 from Mautz?

Hello, You did not say you flashed the sailfish image too. You only said flashed cm12.1 then you got the boot loop. The proper installation is in twrp 2.8.7:

• do a factory reset,
• flash cm12.1
• flash sailfish image
• reboot

This will (should) work with either with both twrps the 'twrp_multirom_hammerhead_2150630.img' (twrp 2.8.7.0) or the newer 'twrp_multirom_hammerhead_20160210.img' (twrp v3.3).

(However with this latter you cannot flash any zip files over a secondary rom, if you need to do that just flash the newer twrp and reboot into recovery. I had been swapped between these two twrps when was playing with UT and different versions of Sailfish where I tried the SFDroid and other stuff. If you only need Sailfish, you don't need this magic that I wrote in this brackets. :))

I Konw cm13 base sailfish and cm12.1 sailfish.I am sure I use correct twrp and cmbase image .And Sailfish base on cm13 I flash sucess,but with no sfdroid.

As you see,I only need sailfh.I try many times,I flash cm12.1 then no boot flash sailfish ,the result is boot loop. Then I only flash cm12.1-20160704 ,boot loop.

I also flash other cm 12 image,the result is sucess. So this is the question

Please tell us which files(filenames!) exactly do you use and in which order you flash them.

By the way, @mautz, do you know how to update the MER wiki about the Nexus 5? A lot of people are being redirected there when looking for info about Sailfish but it's seriously outdated with no links to TMO relevant threads.

As you see, cm12.1 version : cm-12.1-20160704-UNOFFICIAL-hammerhead-nocheck.zip twrp version: TWRP_multirom_hammerhead_20150630.img(2.8.7) sailfish: SFOS3.2120-CM121-20200113.zip I have flashed cm-12.1-20160704-UNOFFICIAL-hammerhead-nocheck.zip about 10 times,no one sucess,bootloop

You are still not saying you flashed the SFOS3.2120-CM121-20200113.zip right after you flashed the cm-12.1-20160704-UNOFFICIAL-hammerhead-nocheck.zip.

You need to do all of these exactly in this order:

• boot into twrp
• do a factory reset,
• flash cm-12.1-20160704-UNOFFICIAL-hammerhead-nocheck.zip
• flash SFOS3.2120-CM121-20200113.zip
• reboot
