im getting this error:

Nokia-N900:~# chroot /mnt/ubuntu /bin/bash
groups: cannot find name for group ID 670

anyone knows the solution

Sorry for the bit noobish question, as I'm not so familiar with ubuntu - can this version (running on the N900) run applications in WINE? or its not possible due to the ARM processor?

Not possible, but you can run wine under bochs http://www.wine-reviews.net/wine-rev...okia-n900.html

Guys,
How can I do this from Windows 7. I have never used Linux/ Ubuntu at all though would like to give this a go. Learn and try something different. This is half the reason I brought this phone and beauty of it. Open, free, endless options
