Install meegotouchtheme-phone-uiv5.0_5.0_all.deb
Settings - Device - theme - Phone-UI v5.0 - reboot.

The problem is the call-history.css, not how to install. history.css is call-file is the same package.zip.
I also tried copying it usr/share/themes/phone-uiv5.0/meegotouch/call-history/style and pasting it into the usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/call-history/style and image persists.

Please excuse my English.

can hang just call-history.css file you used for the image of the first thread.

I coud install it successfully bt the dialer app is with grey numbers instead of white numbers which i guess is a bug !! And also the headings in the log tab "RECENT CALLS" has a white background which makes it invisible and same goes for the contacts tab heading in the dialer tab.... If it becomes like the one that you gave a screenshot of resembling the calculator wud just luk awesome !!

Even i have the same issue..i uninstalled..waiting badly for a bugfree version.
