I just flashed it and ended up in a continous reboot loop (reboot after few secs during boot).
now, after a second reflash and 2x reboot attempts it boots up normally.
that might be a reason why Nokia has delayed the PR upgrade?

i'm going for it guys, i can't take it any longer. I got to kudo this thread author for this. I've grown tired of waiting and this is a good news for me one day before i left for Cambodia lol. So I am going for it.

If i don't go to hell to find out then who will? (Budha)

Another thing to point out: in a similar situation with Diablo, some test builds did not support nonvolatile updates. I do not know if that is the case here, but just be aware of the possibility. It just means another flash would be needed for later updates.

Portrait mode is up for devs to implement, not Nokia.

Then again it seems that Portrait mode never made it past phone and browser. :mad:

Type & Search in app mgr still missing~

Wait - they removed the search option from the drop down menu. WHAT?

Edit : Ok, you need to be in the category for Type and Search to work.

Still, I'm missing my global search.

I've just done a full 594meg backup and all applications installed without fault except BrainParty with some obscure dependancy i've never heard of.
I have most testing apps installed including yours Noob (Healthcheck) and all reinstalled ok.
Still testing though.

The new app manager might be my favorite new feature

You can just type in what you want at any time and it will sort like it does with Contacts

No more having to go to the menu->search->type something->go back, etc

1. Does it have mscim built-in? (native chinese input support?)
2. Should I just use the older RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin for resetting the eMMC? (or is there a leaked version for this also?)

Really? Mine didn't work. Then again I have a failed repo - disabling it and trying again now.

1. Doesn't look like it.
2. You don't need to reset eMMC to update.
