I bought 2 days ago the app. Several instalations and reboots. Always crash after start. Going crazy...:confused:

You have to install it on 32Gb Memory and not on SD as initially stated by Sygic

I dont have any sd card so i am installing it on the 32gb memory. Thats why i am so:confused:...

You don't have to. You can install it to any directory you wish as far as you invoke it with the '-cwd' parmeter.

I've installed it to the SD card and simply use '-cwd=/media/mmc1/Drive/Maemo' in sygic.desktop

You have to edit /usr/share/applications/hildon/sygic.desktop

they sent me an email back today, said to use firefox.

trying it now. seems to be downloading.


thier site is slow, but at least it looks to be working.

What do you have versions of the maps?
So my tastes are not up to date ..
My region is not present ..

Can loads newer maps???

Is it me or when i search via postcode , i cannot input door number when i route.

i had trouble finding place yesterday because i could not set door number....
