freemangordon, the new libgstdsp works brilliantly. No dots, and movies start more quickly. Finally, VNC into N900 works well for playing many H264 movies in sequence. Many many thanks!

...in fact the updated lib should be near the first of november (as changelog) ....not 25 or march...Or is it an old build near 7/4/2012?

I don't know you can try clicking on the attachment in the first post and the lib is indeed last modified 25/03/12...

P.S. I just flashed my phone (rootfs+emmc) 3 days ago and put this in...

Well, my top priority now is new glibc/kernel in CSSU, will return to 720p stuff after that happens. And after I RE DAMN STUPID ALARM SYSTEM UI plugin (libsystemuiplugin_alarm_dialog.so) who stops alarms on the second one you left unattended.
