maemo.org - Talk - New N900 firmware 3.2010.02-8 released today (16 Feb)

I am in the uk and I was able to update from around 10.00 on 16 February, with no problems.

Also I have never reflashed my device to the 'global firmware', odd?

I must be one of the lucky ones.

What software version do you have in the "About product" section of the settings panel?

I have 2.209.51-1.205.1 which is the Vodafone variant IIRC.

Rephrase - It may be out (Granted we would all be upgrading), but more importantly, someone hasn't updated the wiki page yet, is what you meant :) - tis not automatic :D

I think this is a great idea.

As a party we can make laws!

5) Free OVI Maps for n900
6) Force Nokia to send employees to Big Brother show to learn how to communicate.

I bought mine from Carphone Warehouse in the UK, my software version is also 3.2010.02-8...

click settings and about product and paste the version on there.

mine for example
2.2009.51-1.203.1

2.2009 (Second release came out in 2009)
51-1 - week 51 (in 2009)
203.1 - UK Variant - Generic

205.x would be the vodafone variant
