It is no wonder that PR 1.2 (Postponed Release 1.2) is not beeing released.

First it's in the name PR = Postponed Released. Every time they want to release it someone figures since its a PR = Postponed Release it should be postponed.

Second is the ideotic idea of adding the name of Chuck Norris. If you look very closely at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLO1YIWQuXE you will see what I mean.

So I vote for changing the titel of the thread to the following:

From Chuck Norris Postponed Release to Bruce Lee Premature Release.

PS: A relyable source told me that the PR 1.2 will not be available yesterday

Does anyone remember the thread when 1.1 came out. People posting every 5 minutes - Not release here and there yet. And got in Germany now. Nothing in England yet.

Just thinkg what will happen to this thread when PR 1.2 is available.

a) 5000 posts about where it is available and where not
b) 5000 posts about people having problems not beeing able to install
c) 5000 posts about how disapointed everyone is with PR 1.2
d) 5000 posts about when PR 1.3 will be released

You can start over again at point a)

What about these rumours on the Official Nokia Forums that PR1.2 is never going to be released as it's taking too much time and money to test?

I heard that PR 1.2 functionality was never 'promised' thus Nokia reserve the right not to release it. To be honest, PR 1.2 up to this point has only been speculation on the SDK, the HK firmware and then this leaked thing.

Maybe the update got stuck in a pipe somewhere. Nokia thinks we all have it. Did anyone file a bug on it?

They should fix it before they push 1.3 lest the pipe starts throwing stuff back. They'd be drenched in ... patches.

Definitely the reason why PR 1.2 isn't released yet is due to the fact that the guy Nokia handed the PR 1.2 release to put in the repository, messed the key "2" on his keyboard and now its not working, so he can't upload the update as he can't post a decent description of it without the number "2"...
Now he has to go and buy himself a new keyboard but the bastard is too cheap.

I mean, this HAS to be the reason, no? what else could it be?
