I looked into it briefly the other day, using the url handlers. as it sits, it doesn't seem to work. I can look into it some more and try to figure out what trigers the url handling. Even if we can change the system handling, it won't help if programs are hard coded to launch microb directly.

I'll try to install tear tomorrow and test a little also.

My first guess would be to try what hvacengi tried and edit the uri-action-defaults.list file rerouting http. I'll try that anyways but from what he said that might not work.

A quick glance shows the plugin for bookmarks is registered in /usr/share/applications/hildon-navigator/hildon-task-navigator-bookmarks.desktop to a libtn_bookmark_plugin.so so even if hardcoded, maybe nokia released source for that?

Could someone test a simple theory for me please?

Highlight a ton of .prc and .pdb files in file manager and try opening them up with Garnet VM. The desktop windows version lets you drag and drop files on it, just wondering if it was the same for the handheld emulator.

This way you wouldn't have to install them one by one and perhaps get better results without Garnet becoming corrupt with large install files.

Unfortunately Garnet VM doesn't show up in the select application when I try to do this and that's why I'm asking the favor.

Hope I'm making sense.

Cheers!

leafpad "%params%"
leafpad "%params2%"
leafpad %params%

No joy. Help.
