Swipe from left, click arrow. Drag to pan, double-click to zoom. I'm still digging on zooming out.
As for caching, I'm not sure he can, this being an online viewer and all. The native maps app has caching, though. Not the same, I know, but when out of wifi range it's nice to use. |
