Re: [Under consideration] Brainstorm: MMS Support
I'm testing your script frals :)
Trying to send mms, but no luck. I invoke send.py with mmsc set to http://mms.plusgsm.pl:8002 (should be ok) but script fails with message "Temporary failure in name resolution". DNS problem? Proxy address is set. |

the mms itself *was* just a random picture, but the app its being displayed in.. |
Re: [Under consideration] Brainstorm: MMS Support
@michaelh I tried both ways - with and without http. Script is ok - I guess it's a network-specific issue.

Re: [Under consideration] Brainstorm: MMS Support
right i released a new package of it earlier today after some feedback from tomaszf (thanks!)
short guide: setup a APN for fetching MMS - see your carriers homepage for details - I assume you know how to set it up in internet connections launch fMMS and hit the app menu and bring up "Configuration" in APN you enter the name of the connection you want to use, in my case Tele2 MMS. note: enter it exactly like it is in internet connections in the mmsc field enter the url to your providers MMSC (get from carriers homepage), including http://. in my case: http://mmsc.tele2.se rest of instructions are on the link below http://mms.frals.se/ if you try it, please drop me a PM or email saying if it worked/if it didnt :) |

Re: [Under consideration] Brainstorm: MMS Support
Thanks God i am able to get rid of this dumb program. First of all, why the HELL would i want to use this program to send picture when i can do it with my email?? It is similar...when u click on the program ...it opens up and there is the TO: button and "ATTACHMENT"...why the HELL I WANT THAT?? It is similar to an email. I thought this shyt is going to integrate with my sms messenger or something where i can chat and send pictures at the same time.
