Yeah I guess you're right although it should umount the card once you're shutting down... Better safe than sorry, though :p

One question:

When i try to boot android it looks like it's trying to boot from mmcblk0p2... Shouldn't it be from mmcblk1p2? I'm a total noob so i'm just guessing here ;)

Enumeration of mmc starts from zero and counts upwards. First MMC slot = 0, Second = 1 and so on. (N900 only has one and so it's the zero slot)

PS Correct me if I'm wrong :cool:

Well. i think that the Guide might be ok.
Because the Boot Entry is correct, only after booting up the Kernel panics and gets errors regarding loading android.
So Either we are missing something or maybe something else is broken, i guess ?

EDIT - Same here as Pax

4GB Micro SDHC (30hrs Old) plus Froyo provided by the Tutorial.

Have you flashed the newest kernel provided by e-yes? You must have zImage-4, its mentioned in the tutorial IIRC.

EDIT: Yes it's mentioned in the tutorial, so the question remains. Did you flash it? :rolleyes:
