Weird. Just did an update myself from the repos and 0.8-1 is working fine on my end. I didn't change anything regarding that anyways :-/

Can you try upgrading again?

About keeping settings;
it does keep the settings for;
- font size
- icon theme
- shortcut size
- bookmarks size
- snap to grid

Color values are read when program launches from currently active theme and when you upgrade the app, the old version gets uninstalled -> backups are restored with original colors and fonts that theme had -> new version is installed.

So when you launch the program after upgrade it reads the color values from theme and those are ofcourse the ones that were restored during uninstallation.

I'm afraid I can't change that behaviour.

I wil have to remake the translation.. some of the word got to long and it makes the gui look strange. Like a "webpage" when you zoomed in.

It was just a couple of words.. like Teckensnittsfärger > Teckenfärger.. ;)

Edit: It might be good if you test it first.. i am not able to do that as i can only edit *.ts files.

Hello there, I have not downloaded the updates yet, so if i am requesting something that is already in the update, feel free to slap me.

Is it possible, for when we are customising the font colour, to have a 'demo'/preview of how the font colour will be in relation to the rest of the theme?

This will save a lot of back and forth on the colour selection.

You can see the new font color "in action" on the left side of input boxes when you change the color :)
