it would be great if someone ported benutils then we could extract .ipk via n900 :)

Maybe the problem is with symlinked folder?

/home/user/webos

try to

cd /home/user && chown -R user:root webos/ && chmod -R 755 webos/

but do rm /home/user/webos/gamesave/* after

You can extract on n900, from the other thread page 20.
apt-get install binutils gnu-tar
ar p *.ipk data.tar.gz | /usr/bin/gnu/tar xz .

Other games works fine but Monopoly isn't. It runs but when you click play and at the lounch table where the notification say "Shipp will go first Ok?" click on it and crashed.

Had similar problem with Asphalt: Clicked "Quick Race" and once the bar loaded to 100%, it crashed. Works fine after I create that symlink.

I have an error message when running the symlink command
ln -s /home/user/webos/gamesave /media/internal

ln: /media/internal: permission denied

Any idea why?
I have changed the permission of /home/user/webos/ with chown (as described earlier) and did a chmod 755 also
but it did not help

it is working now after i removed the Monopoly folder and all it's symlinks and run the commands again :)

Did you know why the shake and roll doesn't work?
