SO the 3 inevitables prove once again they are right and everyone else is wrong.

Read it all now and the OP must have had his own reasons to start this thread but i tell you all watch the 3 who ruin everything tswindell, ysss and geneven plus the followers, take note of this and use it in the future because when one starts they all jump in regardless.

As for me? i will enjoy the N900 for what it is i got no time for potrayal of bullying.

Tags or no tags to be honest i dont give a toss either way.

First, let's try being mature here.

Second, it is IMPOSSIBLE for moderators to know about every single post or tag. We rely on community members to use the tools available to you and let us know what's going on. If you see an offense, REPORT IT. If I am informed of offensive tags, I REMOVE THEM.

People, it really is just that simple.

We have already endured the silly controversy over joke tags. We are not fascists here. We will not restrict your desire to play around. BUT-- tags that specificallty violate forum guidelines will be removed.

It really is just that simple.

Can we grow up and play nice now?

EDIT: I closed the other rant-- er, thread. One is enough, thanks.

That's ********.

If you don't like the moderation here, abill_uk, seek life elsewhere.

We tolerate quite a bit from you.

How old are you? Because I'm 17 and reading your comments is actually cracking me up!

Now, you can all turn on me for what I am about to say. But tbh I cudnt give a crap. But how about you ALL STFU and stay on topic.

I DONT care who started it, I am asking you along with most of the other members on this forum to just stop having a go at eachother!

If somebody posts something you don't like just ignore it. If somebody posts something that isnt right in the sense of programming skills or development, then feel free to comment. That is after all what this forum was intended to be used for.

HELPING people. Not chidlishly arguing, im pretty sure you all have other more pressing matters to attend to in your life then acting like a bunch of squabbling 10 year olds...

Beautiful. Are you sure you're younger than the combatants here? ;)

Re: The Tag Trolling issue

Some may think that "users" are too incompetent to leave tags. And some others even think that the offenders that leave pathetic tags should be immediately banished to bring the forum back to order.

Actually I should say this is freedom that allows us to leave tags and replies as we like it. And I believe it should be never sacrificed.

Mods can apply some laws and cool down the heat. But still it doesn't mean that a forum is invulnerable to any kind of trolls.

So exercising patience might be the best advise.

I guess you're talking about http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=50589 .

Personally, I still keep what I said there :D .

I confess putting up the "holierthanthou"-tag Abill_uk. And truth is, it was another complaint of yourself, months ago, that brought the whole tag system to my attention. I find them quite entertaining at times. And after reading your rant on the use of the word "Sir" I find it hard not to read threads that you start or participate in.

That will just serve to make the point about tag trolling, though, and further inflame a situation that I'm trying to defuse. Thanks for your understanding.
