now that i had pr1.3 for few hours in my hands, i have to agree that it is smoother than before and snappier, but still not as good as competition. There is still no ability to change system fonts. I don't notice any.change in Nokia Drive. Predictive text is executing better. Annoying change in cursor when typing fast is gone. It doesn't appear to freeze when charging. Email opening and handling is a bit snappier .

it's all definitely a lot smoother, way better user experience...
any observations within web interface? I can't see any particular changes..

yeah, I understand that but can't find a dl for the firmware...old Nokia site redirects to a site that tells me to check OTA. Is it because I'm in the US?

do you have Navifirm in your PC?
try to clear cache in it and the PR1.3 should come up...then just pick a variant and flash the phone...

Thanks. Yes. I have it, but I just finished a 6.5 hour (400 mile) drive and I'm a bit bleary-brained. Will fire it up when the neurons start firing again. :)

- Gtalk Video Call Didn't showed as "Update Failed" anymore, in my case :)
- On typing posts in TMO/any other forum, the text indicator didn't jumped off to the end of sentence anymore whenever I'm trying to edit anything in the middle of the sentence using _stock browser_.
