Okay. Got it! :)

When I reinstalled Iconset Beginning for OMWeather 0.3.1 from the app manager, I got an unable to install error.

Despite the error, it looks like it worked.

It just shows it as a broken package when viewing my installed apps.

Great, I have the oldstyle version installed and it can refresh.
I still get the 'did not download weather' msg every time I refresh, but it seems that most of the cities I have on the list were refreshed.

It is possible to refresh, but It works only sometimes.... I have no idea why, and at the rest of my try to refresh, I sill get the "did not download weather".
Is there a way to proove that problem?

I went back to using omweather_0.22.12_armel again since it visually appears better on my desktop screen.

I can get it to refresh about once in every twenty tries.

Hopefully all this can get sorted out some day. :)

Ohmygosh, I'm so sorry for responding back this late. I completely missed your post.

Anyway, I still get a did not download weather error quite often.

Well, I decided to reflash and downloaded omweatheroldstyle 0.22.15 then omweather-icons-beginning.

It stated that it was unable to install omweather-icons-beginning but it looks about right to me.

Okay, so I finally was able refresh to the current weather.

The predicted temperatures are off by like 34 degrees.

I don't understand.

What's on my desktop can't possibly be the weather for my city.

For gismeteo source, I get for about a week zero temperatures for everything, other parts seem to be ok.

hildon-home terminates with segfault sometimes. It ended when I removed omweather widget and started again today when I placed it back. (I use gismeteo.ru source).

I installed omweather-gismeteo-ru-stations-db_0.9.8_armel but temps are still off by like 20 degrees.

I wish it were as warm as it's saying though. :)

Okay, I completely gave up on using the gismeteo (sp?) database and went back to weather.com instead.

Finally, it's all back to working again.

Hi there,

I am using OMWeather 0.28.13 on my N900 in Germany. It is set to update automatically every 1 hour using GSM or WLAN as shown in the screenshot below.

For some reason auto-updating hourly does not work. Instead it updates every time the connection changes between GSM and WLAN or the other way round.

Updating manually always works.

Is there something silly I am disregarding?

Hi! This is still the best app for Weather forecast! But can i ask why sometimes the desktop widget shows a wrong day as current weather? For example if today is friday, it will show saturday as today...nobody noticed this?
