connection don't work due to failed account connection. is it possible to delete account and create it again later?

in a nutshell, my account was valid from 21 May 2012 until May 21, 2014 .... now I can not use it ... I can only renew your subscription by paying via paypall, etc..
my question is:
there is a way to delete the account and then re-register?

only with a new phone number. it's free for 1 year, after that, you have to pay.

just to make it clear: this is for using Whatsapp-service, this has nothing to do with Mitakuuluu, as this is only the client for the service.
