have faster n9 1.1.4 improve gps cuz after i install back to v1.0.1 due to the message keep show full problem. My gps totally cant allocate the position like b4????

hi!
i think fastern9 1.1.4 is related to a problem where stock camera app stutters while taking hd video. Stuttering is both visible on screen and later on recording, while after uninstalling fastern9 the preview of a recording actually performs worse, skipping frames, but recorded video is smooth.

Also, sound of android angrybirds games installed with apkenv might be affected too.

Uninstalled for now, camera is important.

The camera suffers very bad affects.

Hi Danilo,

some users of my app QuasarMX are reporting intermittent audio playback when FasterN9 is installed and QuasarMX is running in the background.
Could you add my app to the [classify desktop] section in syspart.conf ?

/opt/quasarmx-full/bin/quasarmx-full
/opt/quasarmx-lite/bin/quasarmx-lite

Is there still development on this? I experience regular unresponsive / close requests in the store and some other apps like Wazapp.

Could it be related to fasterN9? I'm currently on 1.1.3

Ok, it seems hd video recording is prone to stutter a bit even without fastern9 installed. Maybe too filled up filesystem could cause it, fs fragmentation, slow cpu, etc. Rehabilitation for this wonderful tweak here, i was missing the nice fluidity of UI effects achieved with it a lot.

in case anyone is as annoyed as i am with the forcible reboot:
sed -i s/disableReboot=0/disableReboot=1/ /etc/package-manager-config

to be clear, reboot is required!

its just obnoxious to do it without prompting, and is especially irritating when automating installs.

I had a problem with version 1.0.1.

EDIT: The problem seemed to be related to FasterN9 just by coincidence.
