Did you have something like this:
/dev/mmcblk0p1 "lot of numbers" c WIN95 FAT32
/dev/mmcblk0p2 "lot of numbers" 83 Linux
/dev/mmcblk0p3 "lot of numbers" 82 Linux swap

yes...in column order.. got an extra (LBA) after 1st line

OK, so if you don't have any important data, remove sdcard and format emmc partitions:
(ctr+i = TAB)
mkfs.vfat -F32 /dev/mmcblk0p1
mkfs.ext3 /dev/mmcblk0p2
mkswap /dev/mmcblk0p3

no data... but whats ctrl+i= tab ???
should i type the mkfs lines??
