Hello Guys.

Registered to this great and fun-filled forum just as I was getting my new Nokia N900. Its a great and must have phone.

About me in short:

Quote:

I am Avinash Joshi from the city of Bengaluru (The Garden City & Silicon Valley of India), India. I am an Graduated in Information Technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala, India.

I am a FOSS enthusiast. I have been using Ubuntu GNU/Linux for a long time. And now that Maemo is on N900, I am full time on my mobile. Almost forgotten my laptop :)

My favorite passtime would be to be on my Computer or mobile hacking around :) Many mobiles have come and gone from my hand (I am a Nokia User). I have used: 3310, 6600, 3230, N70, N96 and now, N900
That should be all about me in short. It was great meeting all of you. See you around in this forum.

Cheers!

I read the rules. But I do not have a signature yet. The whole thing is one post :)

But thank you for sharing the rules. I will add my signature soon :)

Thanks again...

Nonsense
. If you like to hack and play around with apps without out getting nickeled and dimed, then the N900 is the phone for you. I get AUTOMATIC update alerts all the time. All smart phones have bugs in their operating systems, no way around that.

I also like Android (Droid) platforms, but I really like the N900 hardware offered (e.g. TV out plug, IR sensor, built in memory, sliding keyboard...)
