Place the .png icons into usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/hildon

Place the 2 .xml files in etc/systemui

now reboot your device to see the new icons in the power key menu.

*note* applying this mod will remove some of th default options from the PowerKey menu, the options shown in the screenshot are what you will get unless you tweak the systemui.xml file yourself.

Notice the difference in biggzy's background in the blue png and mine in the red. Not sure how to just change the icon color w/out changing the background.
