In other parts of the world, speaking into a phone is how we get our words across to the other person on the line.

I do like the sound of the Finnish approach though, it would make for less annoying public transport journeys.

Heh people of course speak to phones but to say "commands" or names to phones would make me at least *** in eyes of most people IMO. It's true that pretty rarely people speak to phones when in public transport and IIRC we have had campaigns (Tampere) where people are told to speak quietly or not at all when in public transport.

it's when you press a button then you say the name of someone you want to call, and then the phone calls it ;)
