Re: Yaspot (spotify client)
yaspot requires a premium account though so the invite wont be sufficient...

Re: Yaspot (spotify client)
Yeah you need to have Spotify Premium account to be able to use it in a cellular.
A thought came to me: what if you use "Hide user agent" and connect over wifi? Would the Spotify servers know what device you were connecting with? I have a premium account now so I can't try it out. Another thought related to improving Yaspot: Whenever you open a saved playlist, jump into the "Playlist" view where you have the Pause\Play etc. buttons. Also, a shuffle feature would be nice. :) |
Re: Yaspot (spotify client)
Its related to spotify client, not web browser. So that trick doesnt do anything useful :)

Okay this need some more explanation. Spotify requires that you have premium to be able to connect with a mobile user client. But despotify based clients does not autenticate as mobile client, BUT here is the big BUT: instead of playing a cat and mouse game between the creators of spotify and despotify they seme to have come to an informal agreement to let users of despotify based clients connect only if they have a premium account. The reason being that its easy to write a client that saves files of the spotify servers :P among other things |

Re: Yaspot (spotify client)
My YaSpot stopped working right after I upgraded to the Facebook-addon-riddled version of Spotify on my PC. Coincidence? Any way to fix this?
