Do you have a point beyond stating the obvious?

He has that ability; I took advantage of my ability to state whatever I wish as well. He's free to continue just as I'm free to express whatever the hell I wish as well sans problems. But it doesn't mean sans commentary.

I just stated that I've had my fill (on that day). Today, don't really give a crap. So Dave, have at it. You... keep stating the obvious I guess...

Do you think more or less than 80% of customers looking for refund?

Of the Ones that made an active decision.

If so it would be pretty interesting to see where Jolla hide that kind of money when going to court or answering lastu.

I think it is quite proportional to the time someone pledged.
The earlier, the higher the propability to still crave for the tablet ;)

Ah and yes, go on and shout scam until we have results.
Maybe you could turn creativity up a bit tough :D

I don't think ZogG's "can" was meant to mean "has the ability". More like "has the moral right". Jolla gave him the right.

I dunno. Kitty litter scams, toilet training cats, boats puffing scams, sniffing latsu cases. Can things get any worse here? Maybe it's over...

Congrats to Jolla. All their phone is out of stock atleast Jolla shop says so.

I'm just glad nobody is sniffing the kitty litter, things could be a lot worse!

Lets see until tomorrow.
There have been times when the status flipflopped and then settled to available. I think it was last october.
Good observation! kudos to you.

And just today Turing Robotic Industries announced it has started producing new phones at ex-Nokia factory in Salo with SailfishOS from Jolla. And shipments starting later this month.

Ah, yes, quite the sound strategy. It is certain to encourage helpful actions at Jolla. Reminds me of a similar activity:

Pretty amazing phone but maybe a little over the top for me. Looks like they have their own ui on top of sailfish. Wonder how different than Jolla phone. No USB or head phone jack. Uses Wallaby Magstream™ port. Looks pretty rugged. Is there a self-destruct button in case you need to really get rid of it?

Last year somebody from Jolla (Lassila?) said that all most all the phones are sold and after they are sold, they would introduce a new phone. However, this was before financial crisis and tablet gate. I think those changed their plans and we are never going to see Jolla Phone 2.

EDIT: Here it is: http://www.digitoday.fi/mobiili/2015...n/201510349/66

And they do not say that we are going to see Jolla2. Instead, they say that after Jolla One is sold out, they will tell about the future plans.

Re: The Future of Jolla's Tablet

It's pretty funny. Let's say scam is a metaphor.

Jolla using words like deliver, refund, soon over and over and over again and nothing happen. Wonder who is really hitting the dead animal with the stick over and over again.

And the worst part...the beating continiues as we speak.

tommo 2016-04-20 07:28

Re: The Future of Jolla's Tablet

'soon' has changed to 'we are progressing'... equally as annoying!

The self destruct sequence is initiated with a confirmation of the owner's voice print that sets the Li-ion battery to overload, ultimately setting off the thermite charges embedded in the flash memory, releasing the tear gas. They've really thought of everything. Except the built-in backdoors ordered by FISA, of course.

I think the new jollausers dude is a great force for jolla. Not that cybette was bad in any way but james takes his time to answer all the question in the blog + follow ups. That is what jolla should have done from the start. I hope he keeps up the spirit.

So IF you read this, james. Give yourself a golden star!

Also...Keep yourself away from the scam, beyond the soon, in front of any future delivery and above all...be a part of the community, don't try to lead it. We are everywhere....get yourself an account here att TMO right now.

Ok, but Im not sure he is ready to handle this thread. To survive the rumble in the jungle he must be faster than the cheetah, bigger than an elephant, stronger than a rhinoceros, hungrier than a lion and more patient than the humans.

If he comes in the form of a sailfish he will be dinner. Even a black Merlin is no match for the teeths in this thread.

It took me a short while, I forgot my username on TMO sadly :/ So I was forced to make a new account!

Thank you for your kind words, but in Carol's defence, I need to add that I am mostly following what she was doing (in a much smaller scale as I'm new and yet to be experienced as her).

But yet, thanks for the compliment :) I'll tied my absolute best to keep the spirit high.

Welcome back James, it's great to see you again here! Many of us (I think it's majority) are not so active on TJC, but we all love SFOS as others, so please do check back. ;)

The Schwartz is quite weak with Jolla now. The support on planet earth is the lowest ever. The Death Star is coming and when it does...it's over. I think we can fix it but it means visible Action from the one man teams before more people leaving for the darkside.

Refund you must.

Spaceballs... what a classic :D

Refunds will be here within a month (not even soon!) just hope they have enough money left at the end.

Agree. This thread always delivers. All important decisions within Jolla should be decided in this thread. Just imagine the market share Jolla should have by now...replace board of directors meeting with an open discussion in an unknown forum thread.

Jolla need to hire a community refund manager.

A general with power to do what ever it takes to kick off these refunds...

April is almost gone so another month just past.
