Dude! You made my day!

Could you give us a screenshot with Pronews/2? It's my favourite newsreader ever.

Please tell me you're not posting here using Web Explorer.

Heheh. No. I usually use Firefox under Warp, or Links. I don't know that WebExplorer would even work here. :-) :-)

I only have Yarn, slrn, IBM's NR/2, Thunderbird, and Internet Adventurer set up as news clients, I'm afraid. :-( And MultiMail and SLiMeR for QWK stuff (not that I read Fido daily anymore, just a few times a week).

I could grab the latest from Hobbes, tho (it's still being developed, you know. Last version is Pronews/2 1.59 build cp120 dated 2007/06/25 on Hobbes.

It is sad that I am in this transitional phase in my life (we were going to pack up and move to Thailand, until some criminal set our plans back at least a year and tied us up with umpteen legal cases), because I really wanted to set up an OS/2 box again.

It'll have to wait...

Still, all isn't lost! Today my Psion Netbook arrived (bought -- or rather: adopted -- from ITT member Frethop), so I can indulge my nostalgia-fix.

Is there a notepad/todo list applet like that for OS2008 yet? What's that one called?

Re: Show off your screenshots

Its part of GPE. For some reason when click on the applet in the settings, it does not appear in OS2008.
