They have a very bad reputation for behaving exactly as you have described. I say don't wait any longer and get some advice on how to escalate this and get your cash back ASAP.

jalyst,

you have some issue.

never have i tried to convince others that lumia is better than n9 or that they should leave their n9. i have simply said it was right for me, and that if warranted, others should give it a shot as a nokia fan.

i am not trying to provoke a response, i am trying to sell the 700$ phone which is in my drawer.

Looks very much like a scam, just the price is to good to be true :eek:

220 euro -> 290 usd.

220 euro -> 184 gbp (£).

Though it would be one sweet deal :D

Even more the Verisign logo leads to prestashop.com when pressed and I'm not sure if it's the real Verisign logo, I thought it looked like this:
