Good Morning.. :)
Brush set V2 is now ready... and still tweaking.. (75 and more... brushes) also NEW Global Pressure Mapping is here. BUT NOTICE ... this Brush set V2 and Global Pressure Mapping were made for "my style". Some brushes will work effectively only in quite hard pressure. "Use your fingers also... or something bigger than small stylus tip/nib" Thanks! Tone |

btw, i tried copying tone's new brushes into my /home/user/.mypaint/brushes folder and i've chmod'd the entire folder, but in mypaint's brush selection screen, all of tone's brushes turn up in the default folder how do i get them all into a separate tone folder? |
Re: Look what I drew on my phone
My drawings are now permanent! Some evil dust on the stylus did the evil and now I have some nice scratches... And it was nothing really cool to serve as offline wallpaper :-(

Liking most of the masterpieces here. :)
Just a few that I scribbled out earlier: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ck/Panther.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ick/Sunset.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...yMick/Tree.jpg Not my best, but it's a start. |

Have you also chmodded inside .mypaint/brushes/.. order.conf and order_default.conf -files? I am not sure... but this should be help... btw. I am currently deleted all the "other brushes" from /opt. Tone |

I just ran as root /home/usr/.mypaint # chmod -R 777 brushes the "-R" switch makes it recursive no? in any case i will try it again, because i think that the order.conf and order_default.conf files are not being replaced ... (?) maybe a simpler solution would be to replace the /home/opt/mypaint/share/mypaint/brushes folder with your folder? thanks again for your help edit: the chmod worked (checked in winscp) however, after launching, the icon order is still all messed up. and the order.conf and order_default.conf gets re-written to something different. would it be possible for you to zip your opt brushes folder and share it? i don't know if replacing it might work. might save me some pain :) |
