Update: They replied, and Nokia is verifying my proof of purchase. Not sure how long that can take...

$199 is the maximum price for the n900. They'll also give you the value of your phone. E.g. If you have a n97 mini they'll give you an extra $100 ontop of the $280 dropping the final price of the n900 to $24.
Can buyers from india benefit from this??? Does anyone know?

SkyKnight, I think the deal is gone. N900 is no longer offered for sale on nokiausa.com

oh...:( thanks for the info. N900 cost here is way beyond the price its sold on outside india.. Its like 25k which is 550$ plus.. :(

They said the check was posted like 3 weeks. Still not received it yet.

my claim was "processed" nov 5th and I received my check a few days ago... have you been in contact with them?
