cant get mega cd working i get to the game boot animations and it just freezes.

To be fair, all smoothness you notice is thanks to the great work notaz and fdave did writing the original Pico Drive, especially the blazing fast Cyclone 68000 emulator for the Motorola 68000 processor.

how do i play mega cd games? i have all the bios, do i have to rename it?

also do i keep games in zip or extract the mp3/iso files?

After putting the bios in the correct location i was able to just select the .zip sega cd rom and it played just fine. Havent yet tried it with an iso or bin but I'd assume it works just the same.

lfcorba can you tell me what regional Bios and bios number you got it working with,
i'm having no luck at all now the games atleast started earlier but now just get a blank screen :o, i made it worse :rolleyes:

I did not. If it helps any my bios are named as follows:
jp_mcd1_9112.bin
us_scd2_9306.bin

Didnt do anything special besides put them in the right folder.
