Put the file into C:\program files\maemo\flasher
Turn off the phone and unplugged from the USB,
Slide the keyboard out and press hold "U" then plug the USB back in.

Then run the command line from Flasher 3.5

cd "%ProgramFiles%\maemo\flasher-3.5"

Then

flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.12-9_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

And someone email Nokia oversea which he got disappointing reply that N900 is not planned for APAC launch. Thus, many of the fans have to opt for grey imports despite going for other smartphones or brands. But what do they get in return? Out of a sudden, there was announcement it was going to be launch in about a month time when previously nobody have a single information, and within that month itself, there was some kind of workshop and some selected people got invited for the preview and gets FREE N900, what happen to those hardcore supporter for the device?

Many of the hardcore supporter or those who wanted the N900 really wanted the official authorised local unit, but due to the poor support and lack of information from local Nokia, they have to opt for grey imports.

Whatever it is, the device is great, but the management and planning is very bad.

Hey is overclocking okay with this firmware?
I am running lehtos 900mhz at the moment, are titans kernels better?
if so i would be very greatful if someone would provide a link :)

Just Flashed my N900 with 1.2 F/W...looks better. Much better though have not flashed the eMMC...will wait for final version to release and then will do both eMMC and F/W update together.

Titan's kernel is more adjustable than lehtos.

Titan's also work with PR 1.2

Probably. As long as a sizeable amount of users have difficulties Nokia probably won't release it.

Then again a large number of users don't have issues.

damn!!! but in the changelog they mention this possibility and now after 2 months of waiting the video call is not implemented yet. I believe that they'll never do that... I would like dropping my phone in the rubbish but I spent to much money for it!!

This is newer, visiting that site with 3.2010.02-8 fw gives a flash version of 9.0.246.0

That's my point. It would be irresponsible of Nokia to put out something that has a known issue, whether widespread or not.

Sure it works for you but it might not work for everyone else and this is probably why Nokia is still testing it.

Strange isn't it? OVI Maps 3.0 without voice guidance. Very strange indeed and as such, I see no point in updating to this leaked FW.
