A few more modifications and here you are.
Both versions. In the album mode I didn't made any text because I already did it in portrait mode.

By the way!
I found this «lite» version of UI very cute. It is not so dark like mockups I've posted above and if we make an option to change background of player every man would be able to draw a background and customize the player this way.

That last shot actually looks kinda nice, and not as boxed in as the one with the borders for some reason.

News? Heh, Mitrandir is too busy and doesn;t have much time to spent it on development. The code still doesn;t exist :(
