So how does it work this list, is it written to when installing/changing things?

Is the newest changes in the bottom?

My list is really long, don't fancy looking through all that.

No the system by default assigns a sha1sum value to closed binaries of which the values are stored in refhashlist...if you modify a closed binary like i did for grob to change user agent, aegis will detect a conflicting sha1sum value and not load your file...

i don't have the time currently otherwise i can check whether the file you are looking for too has a sha1sum value in refhashlist...if it has a value then this certainly is the issue...why not just do a simple keyword search in refhashlist?

I think now simply you have to replace the file in /usr/bin with cp -R as root in terminal then get the sha1sum of the new file and replace "d6327542b6ddf5509ed3097634a0ada7b829a315" with the new file's sha1sum...

If it works you can just sign it using refhashlist.pl and you have a new mod done ;)

Very cool finding, thanks. I gave it a rest yesterday.

If I'm right I just need to make my own .pvr in the right compression copy that to the right directory in xterm with the mentioned code.
Then find the 'sha1sum' and replace that in the corresponding line in my list and refresh it with refhashlist.pl.

How do I find sha1sum and how do I use refhashlist.pl?

e: Ohh the thing is the file/s-.pvr/s are placed in /usr/share/MProgressIndicator/themes/opengl and not in /usr/bin/MProgressIndicator. The file in the latter place is some txt file of some sort. Can't open it through fileboxroot so will have to see if I can open it in note++ on my notebook at some point?

Don't have the time aat the moment, maybe this weekend ;)
