You can install Emoji keyboard or Dolphin Keyboard with the Emoji addon for that.

is there also a way to combine localized keyboard (german in my case) with the emoticon button? Stupid muscle memory makes me hit the wrong buttons all the time :D
Otherwise I just have to get used to it :)

voice notes are supposed to be fixed in latest version,well on my device its not.any one else or is it just me?

It's working fine for me.
You need to install codecs from wharehouse (sorry I can't remember wich ones).
