Re: [Announce] coderus unrestricted system-ui
Did you create it yourself? The arm-public-sdk-rootstrap doesn't provide it...

Re: [Announce] coderus unrestricted system-ui

Re: [Announce] coderus unrestricted system-ui
Coderus, could you fix the packages to build on the official rootstrap (+sdk repo deps), so that other can hack it and do something with it? There's no use in hacking when you can't build anything (including the header locally causes an error about linux/compiler.h

It is video4linux.. @marmistrz Maybe this is what you should do in scratchbox: Code:
apt-get source kernel Edit: It is videodev2.h in kernel-source/include/linux http://mirror.thecust.net/harmattan-...%2b0m6_all.deb |
Re: [Announce] coderus unrestricted system-ui
@coderus: how can I know how many more headers you have added to your local scratchbox... 3 headers? 10 headers? And where should I fetch the specific version of header you have used? And what if it fails to work 'cause I fetched the wrong header?
How can you expect someone to hack a non-buildable source? Is it too much for you to simply make it build? @Halftux: I have videodev2.h too, but no videodev3.h. It's what I'm talking about. The unrestricted stuff is one big mess, and the non-coderus is unlikely to find out what the author meant. Especially if there are more headers which aren't to be found on the internet! |
