I doubt most of these guys get laid that often too, it's clear by their desperation for whatsapp that sex is an even bigger deal. :p

Kinda on-topic: What I think the worst part is, is the amount of people who think Tgalal uses 100% of his life to get Wazapp up for you. He has a job (I hope) and a personal life wich goes before this project. Even if it gets released tomorrow. So what? He made it for YOU, not for himself.

At least he has made one of the most popular topics in whole talk.maemo.org.

To people complaining about us being anxious: Yes, we know Tgalal has a personal life, and yes we of course appreciate it, he's doing it on his free time. But why shouldn't we be anxious about Wazapp? A lot of us use and need WhatsApp, and now that it's coming, it's just normal to be excited about it.

You'd rather no one would be happy about Wazapp?

Excited, happy, overjoyed? These are reasonable.

But acting like 5 year olds going to disneyland is a bit much, I mean its still only just an app, its not gonna revive your lost loved ones or something of similar importance..

Its awesome its coming, but seriously, chill, have some dignity, don't turn into to the apple crew who have to put their diapers on when there's a product announcement.

Not really comparable to a fully fledged App with a proper UI. Its just a proof of concept at the moment, using Java as the main source will lead to a road full of bumps and potholes unfortunately :(

This app should be Python so possibly more useful in the idea of integrating with the operating system and should stress the cpu less meaning it shouldn't be a battery killer :)
