I also didn't see any Qt 5.9 packages, maybe it will come later too?

Yes i have tried and as LL already stated, it seems not to be ready.
After updating i do not see Android Support at all anymore in Jolla Store.

You will see Android Support only after purchase of the full official image!

as a c-beta member i could alredy buy the official image and after i bought it i got aliendalvik, eas and xt9 in the Jolla Store

Oh, that is news. Then they actually opened the purchase for everyone and not only cbeta in error i guess.
I also purchased the license during the 4 hour glitch as non-cbeta and was able to see all three Jolla apps after purchase.
But Dalvik failed to install.
Now after update/reboot to 3.0.1.11, Dalvik is missing from the store but Exchange and Text prediction are still installed.
I would not mind trying pkcon install if someone knows the package name for xa2 dalvik ;)

It is also missing now in 3.0.0.8. After I bought the license for the XA2 it was viewable for a while.
