The class of the memory card also matters. (I always opt for class 6).

I have google-gadgets installed on my n810 right now... has only crashed my desktop once so far, (i had to kill he process after resetting my desktop, as the interface button in the status bar disappeared) but seems interesting. when running, and not visible, seems to use about 49megs memory. still testing

oh yeah, after installing, remember to disable repos not needed, (diablo-sdk, maemo extras-devel, etc.)
