Wake me up again when someone has done a drag-and-drop or point-and-lick automatic solution. Command lines are like soooo DOS.
I use a Windows front-end to mencoder from www.pocketdiv.ca which works very well.

I would second having an easy drag-and-drop solution for the encoding process...

Even with that MeWiG - Windows front end I have really no idea what to set there and how to use it properly.
