What else were you doing at the time? Installing or uninstalling themes? Removing any packages?

Nope just installing those programs I mentioned (jailmo, orreco, fennec). But they installed fine and nothing happened. It just wound up like that when I woke up the next day.

Edit: For anyone who stumbles upon this thread with a similar problem. As of now, nobody knows of a solution and I couldn't find one so I just reflashed.
