I've not seen any official word on a delay time, just the fact that they have ~600 LCDs atm rather than the 4000 they need. No idea how long the construction process would take and what sort of delay this would produce.

There's still no announced delay. Even the delayed LCDs aren't delayed enough to push their planned dates, as far as I've understood from the numerous postings. GA: The 'next year' phase is the 2nd batch.

Anyone have any more details about the PowerVR SGX 3D accelerator? From TI Chinese site there are some technical highlights:

Also the upcoming "N900" should have this same accelerator... :)
