I just bought and reflashed a used n810. The desktop link to "OS2008 user site" fails and fails badly. It takes minutes to time out. Pathetic.

Same. There is no working forwarding from tableteer.nokia.com for me either and I'm not sure where it forwarded to earlier (beginning of 2009 apparently).
