As Ive said above I managed with linux debian but it's a direct connection
I played a bit and I don't really get out the Xomap works.
First I dont know where the X Security cookie of user is stored, if there is one. usually its in .Xauthority.
Second I modified the startup to disable X auth, Xomap -ac <old args> but it still doesnt accept connections (to the IT display apparently)
More interesting would be to play with xdmcp and have the complete IT screen on a PC Xwindow instance.
Needs more experimenting...
