Re: Emulators and game recommendations

Ah, ... NIT, now i understand :) Sorry for that dumb question. I would be shocked when the N900 wouldn't emulate gba nearly fullspeed, vbag did that almost good on my E71. :)

Games i will play on my N900 are:
- Final Fantasy IV, V, VI, Tactics Advance
- Golden Sun I & II
- Yoshi's Island
- Rayman 3
- Dragon Quest III, V, VI
- Black Hawk
- Chrono Trigger

So much to do, come on N900 :-)

Re: Emulators and game recommendations

I just started a game of Phantasy Star for the sega master system. It's a nice slow RPG that's well suited to the tiny d-pad. I loved it when I was a kid, but never finished it. It's still fun. Only problem is that my save got lost somehow after about 4 hours. I don't get that.

The best game in human history is Super Metroid for the snes, but it's way too fast for the small d-pad, and remapping the buttons would be very confusing. I'm not even going to try.

My list of games to try on the n810:
Pacman2 SNES
Zelda oracle of ages -GB color
Zelda oracle of seasons -GB color
I may try metal gear for the NES that seems slow enough
I'll also try Wario World2 for GBC, but I bet that's too fast too.

While I love Super Metroid and still play it a lot, I can't accept it as the best game in human history, especially when I ended up beating it in 2 1/2 hours on my very first playthrough. Other than that, great game.

Of course not. It's well established and clearly evident to everyone that FFVII is the greatest game ever created in the entire duration of human civilization.

right? :D

Pathetic Afirmation.
What is so awesome in a game heavly censured (all versions of FF in english are censured)

Try playing
The Legend of Dragoon, Persona 2, Star Ocean 2 (psx)
Star Ocean, Rudra no Hihou, dark law, Magna Braban - Henreki no Yusya (snes)
Sora no Kiseki, legend of heroes 1-3 (psp)

About VGBA, VGB, iNES, MG, fMSX, Speccy, AlmostTI, ColEm, SlideRule:

Folks, you will never see these emulators in Maemo Extras if you do not vote for them. So, please, go and vote for the latest packages here:

http://maemo.org/packages/repository...xtras-testing/

Each program needs at least 10 votes to advance into Extras.

You have an N900, pokey? If not, you shouldn't be voting the packages up unless you've tested them on the actual hardware.
