I add my congratulations to stskeeps.

Additionally, as an N810 holder, I am much encouraged as to what this means for ongoing community support for my device (and, for that matter, any future NXXX devices I might buy). For me, this stuff goes a long way to ease the sting when Nokia drops or reduces their official support for these devices.

I don't know what a DistMaster is (sounds like something from a B grade children's fantasy movie... "Beware the DistMaster!") but congratulations on being one.

Anything that signifies good/better connections between the good people at maemo.org and the people at nokia has to be a Good Thing.

That's really smart on Nokia's part.. It will save them money and also build even a stonger community-based Maemo.. Good for Nokia.. :)
