I've got two recommendations base on the features you want:
1. Klok - runs behind your desktop (has a fee if run on others i.e iPhone, Blackberry, etc.). You can create tasks/projects and assign them unique colors to identify them. Timesheets can be displayed on gantt charts on your dashboard so you can see and track them. Once finished, you can archive them if you want so you can track them afterwards. There's a free version but with limited features. You can get the full version but there's a one time fee of $15.99. 2. Ace Project - first of all, it's completely free. It lets you enter hours worked on a project or a task. Though it has an approval system for your timesheets entered but you don't need it though since you will be your own manager. If your looking for a time tracking tool their are available specially on mobile like android and blackberry. But I think on the model that you suggested only a few are available to use. I find here I time tracking tool that you might be interested to try. It says on the description that it can be use from anywhere to anything. Try to check Toggl it is good for computer and mobile.
