Well, I guess when u are starving and decide to order a pizza with pepperoni (waiting for delivery around 30mins) and you get the one with olives (and you are alergic to olives)- you'll either take it or simply wait another hour for delivery and obviously tip the delivery guy who took wrong box.
That actually would be perfect, simple chargeback for the whole price.
Well, it's just a piece of plastic, why just don't give it for free?..
I do not have a problem with shipping it back either- I stated about it in above comment, but honesty, being a customer rep and proposing me to go to postal service because it takes me "a couple of minutes" is something new along with paying for shipping for theirs mistake.
