I am trying to use this scheme:

/ - 256mb (default)
/home - 2gb ext3 (default)
/usr on the /home (mounted with --bind)
/opt in /home and symlinked to /opt (default)
/.debian 5gb ext3
/home/user/MyDocs - 22gb vfat

What is better for performance, mount --bind or symlink?
