"I had an n95 for a year and then an e71 a year. Now have the n900.

n95 was good for camera and also was quite ahead of the competition (at the time). Couldn't stand not having keyboard so went with the e71."

The e71 is an absolute beauty of a phone I am thinking about switching to an e72. I don't know if I could deal with the speed of it after 900.

I have that with all noises from songs to videos if the volume is up to high.

Coming from a N95, the main thing i'm missing is Google maps. It isn't a dealbreaker for me, but it is HIGHLY frustrating to take such a huge step backwards in functionality in that aspect.

Otherwise I'm pretty satisfied overall.

Hmm, I think the speakers on the n900 sound really good, personally. I had an n96 before the n900 and thought they were pretty similar in quality and volume (both very good). I made my own ringtones for my n96 and they still sound just fine on the n900.

I agree. I was quite frustrated with "maps" the other day. Tracking was horrible and when it worked the roads covered my icon. Searching for a new location is quite a pain too.

i bought the n95 when it came out, still one of the best phones i have ever owned, i have even gone back to my old n95 3 times! because i didn't feel that the new phones i bought was better then the n95.. this includes a iphone 3g that i sold.

however after i switched to n900 i can say the n95 will finally be shelved and proberbly never be used again by me.

I disagree. I've owned an N95 8GB, now an N900, but overall the N900 is way ahead of the N95.

I've got now N95, N96 and N900. N900 beats both of the others..
